Another popular option is the Bucatini Carbonara, made with bucatini pasta, a fresh egg yolk, Neuske’s applewood-smoked bacon and cracked black pepper.

Desserts include the decadent Chocolate Layer Cake, a moist chocolate cake with layers of smooth chocolate mousse, frosted with chocolate fudge buttercream and served with chocolate sauce and whipped cream. For a lighter option, enjoy the Vanilla Ice Cream topped with strawberries, whipped cream and a caramel drizzle.

Dinner at the News Cafe begins with a variety of appetizers. The Chicken Lettuce Wraps feature chicken glazed in ponzu sauce with a scallion salad, cucumber, carrot, Fresno chili, sweet and spicy aioli, crispy rice noodles and fresh Boston lettuce wraps.
